I got the chance to attend MzN International’s excellent webinar on writing good proposals conducted by Hande Akpinar. The key takeaway was making sure that your proposal answered 10 clear questions. What I thought was among the most pressing questions was to think of the sustainability of the project: What happens after the funding is gone? How do you make sure that the social impact you delivered continues even after the donor has left? Well done to Hande and MzN International for a highly useful session.

Million thanks to you and your colleagues. The webinar was amazing and really helpful so also the facilitation. Love you guys at MZN international for doing good better. I am currently working on some proposal and at same time about starting off on new calls and would surely require your support as mentioned.

Join a training course

Our courses in over 20 countries help development aid professionals build their skills, learn from our facilitators and each other to gain technical know-how.

We provide practical and innovative learning, combining classroom training with digital feedback to maximise training time.

MzN training is suitable for anyone working in the development aid sector. All courses are supported by our e-learning tools that allow learning to continue before, during and after the classroom experience (fully mobile accessible). All trainers are subject matter experts with at least 10 years of training and facilitation experience.

Tailored training

First, we listen! Then we listen some more in order to fully and truly understand our clients’ specific issues and needs. We then work closely together to jointly develop a training scheme that delivers the required results across the organisation.

We have designed and implemented customised training courses for organisations and governments in over 20 countries. Our coaching sessions usually combine classroom training from our certified and experienced subject matter experts with our digital learning methods. All our existing training courses can be tailored to your specific needs.

Our training solutions are crucial for all organisations that aim to take a strategic approach to skill & capacity building. They are also cost-effective.

Please note that our tailored training is complimentary for our existing clients.

Feedback about our training

Let’s be truly transparent and open about it!

MzN International looks at feedback a little differently. During our training courses, we ask participants to give feedback both during and after the course. At the end of the second day of training, participants are asked to give their feedback on the course so far. Receiving mid-course feedback allows our trainers to assess where participants stand and to incorporate any suggestions or recommendations from participants for the following trainings day(s). This maximises participant learning and engagement with the course.

The end-of-course feedback, however, is collected not only for our benefit, but also for yours. We publish all of it (yes, both the good and the bad), in one comprehensive, easy-to-read document for everybody to see. Our extensive feedback helps us continuously refine and improve our courses, and we want you to be able to see first-hand how we are doing that. Both mid-course and end-of-course feedback surveys are completed anonymously online and outside of the training, so participants feel confident and open when providing their comments.

Last, but not least, MzN International tracks participants’ progress throughout the training. In the days before the course begins, participants are asked to complete a short quiz on the key topics the course will cover. At the end of the training course, participants are again asked questions on the same subject to measure their progress during their time with us. We are proud of the progress we see in training participants, as well as the feedback we receive.

So we won’t keep it to ourselves! Take a quick look at a small extract of some of our feedback from a 2017 training below.
