About Us:

MzN International is a social business that builds and funds non-profit organisations, providing consultancy, funding advice and capacity development. Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing one own communication channels (website, webinars, social media):
    • Website: Optimise the website content in response to visitor analytics and in close collaboration with our webmaster, who takes care of all technical aspects. 
    • Podcast & Webinars:  Invite identified panelists and other external experts to our podcast “chasing impact” and our webinars, helping them prepare their statements and key points, assisting them in technical matters and following up with them after the content production. Coordinate the podcast production with the podcast producing firm after content recording. 
    • Social Media:  Extract noteworthy snippets from our thought leadership content and design and moderate engaging social media posts
    • Coordinate logistics for virtual events and webinars, including scheduling, invitations, and technical setup.
    • Handle participant registration, send reminders, and manage post-event follow-ups and content postings on channels
    • Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.

  • Managing other communication channels
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with key advocacy partners, including lobby, membership organisations and other fora
    • Collaborate on joint initiatives and campaigns with those advocacy partners
    • Monitor and report on the progress of collaborative efforts.
    • Identify new fora to communicate our values and technical expertise into, including conferences, new membership bodies, lobby groups and working groups. 
    • Assist MzN and Human-Planet staff with the target of securing speaker slots at leading conferences and attendance planning
  • Preparing Visual Content:
    • Assist in the creation of presentations, infographics, and other visual materials based on content prepared by our technical experts
    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
    • Use design software to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Hubspot/ CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system, run on Hubspot
    • Ensure data integrity and provide reports on CRM activities.
    • Train team members on effective use of Hubspot.

  • Responding to Email Inquiries:
    • Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally.
    • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
    • Maintain an organized email management system for external queries

  • Managing Email Marketing Campaigns:
    • Implement email marketing strategies for the three business services of MzN and Human Planet to engage and inform our audience.
    • Send tailored content and newsletters to small and better-segmented contact lists through Hubspot.
    • Create, test, and optimize email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
    • Continuously segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other criteria to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to inform future campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including data protection and privacy policies.Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative email campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective email content and strategies.

List Management:

  • Maintain and grow the email subscriber list through various acquisition strategies.
  • Regularly clean and update the email list to improve deliverability and engagement.
  • Work with our CRM tool Hubspot to create better-segmented email lists.

Key Competencies:

  • Expert user of E-Mail marketing and CRM tools such as Hubspot 
  • Very client service oriented, aware that prompt and professional responses are face of our business and make the important first impression
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and traditional software for content and visualizations.

Position Overview:

We seek a Country Liaison with a specialised set of skills. For this role, you should be passionate about people—creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships both with your client stakeholders and with your co-workers around the globe. You should be both independent and collaborative— relish working without oversight, but communicate early and often with the Training Manager. 

As a Country Liaison, you’ll be responsible for both Sales and Delivery across new and existing clients in your country. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of both your client’s DNA and the services we offer in order to successfully encourage them to join your training courses. You will be responsible for successful researching, marketing / selling and delivering training courses to groups (15+) in your country.
Success will be measured by profitability, sales, and client satisfaction.

The more people you sign up for your course, the more you will earn. The more frequently you offer courses, the more you will earn. 

Responsibilities:

Researching possible clients:

  • Partner with a portfolio of local (and if necessary) global clients and grow your portfolio.
  • Determine the need for training as well as the suitability of the course, location, duration of the training to suit your country clients. 

Support business development:

  • Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients.
  • Feedback regularly on training needs. 

Sales and marketing

  • With the support of the MzN team, determine the correct marketing initiatives needed. 
  • Sell the training courses offered by MzN international – both in person and online. 
  • Sell as many courses as your particular country needs. 

Delivery 

  • Focus on the successful delivery of the courses in your country. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, education, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in both in-person and online settings.
  • Sales and marketing experience is a bonus. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using online learning platforms and multimedia tools for course delivery.
  • A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing needs and priorities.
