The job in brief

Must-have experience & skills

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Email Marketing Campaigns:
    • Implement email marketing strategies for the three business services of MzN and Human Planet to engage and inform our audience.
    • Send tailored content and newsletters to small and better-segmented contact lists through Hubspot.
    • Create, test, and optimize email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
    • Continuously segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other criteria to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and analyze metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to inform future campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including data protection and privacy policies.Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and informative email campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective email content and strategies.
  • Hubspot/ CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system, run on Hubspot
    • Ensure data integrity and provide reports on CRM activities.
    • Train team members on effective use of Hubspot.
  • Responding to Email Inquiries:
    • Monitor and respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally.
    • Direct inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
    • Maintain an organized email management system for external queries
  • List Management:
  • Maintain and grow the email subscriber list through various acquisition strategies.
  • Regularly clean and update the email list to improve deliverability and engagement.
  • Work with our CRM tool Hubspot to create better-segmented email lists.

Key Competencies:

  • Expert user of E-Mail marketing and CRM tools such as Hubspot 
  • Organized and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Position Overview:

We seek a Country Liaison with a specialised set of skills. For this role, you should be passionate about people—creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships both with your client stakeholders and with your co-workers around the globe. You should be both independent and collaborative— relish working without oversight, but communicate early and often with the Training Manager. 

As a Country Liaison, you’ll be responsible for both Sales and Delivery across new and existing clients in your country. You will need to develop a comprehensive understanding of both your client’s DNA and the services we offer in order to successfully encourage them to join your training courses. You will be responsible for successful researching, marketing / selling and delivering training courses to groups (15+) in your country.
Success will be measured by profitability, sales, and client satisfaction.

The more people you sign up for your course, the more you will earn. The more frequently you offer courses, the more you will earn. 

Responsibilities:

Researching possible clients:

  • Partner with a portfolio of local (and if necessary) global clients and grow your portfolio.
  • Determine the need for training as well as the suitability of the course, location, duration of the training to suit your country clients. 

Support business development:

  • Study competition to find new ways to attract and retain clients.
  • Feedback regularly on training needs. 

Sales and marketing

  • With the support of the MzN team, determine the correct marketing initiatives needed. 
  • Sell the training courses offered by MzN international – both in person and online. 
  • Sell as many courses as your particular country needs. 

Delivery 

  • Focus on the successful delivery of the courses in your country. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in international development, education, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in both in-person and online settings.
  • Sales and marketing experience is a bonus. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using online learning platforms and multimedia tools for course delivery.
  • A passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing needs and priorities.
