If you match this mind-set and have the relevant thematic and regional expertise, then we would like to hear from you.

We only accept applications for the vacancies below and we look at each application. You will be kept informed about every step of the review process. MzN is an equal opportunity employer. All our offices are barrier free.

Whether you are an experienced professional or recent graduate, working with MzN International could be a rewarding and challenging next step. We come from a wide variety of backgrounds. What unifies us is our unrelenting drive to do better.

Diversity and inclusion

Inclusion and diversity is not just an important topic to talk about. It is a right. And we know that diversity is our strength as a global team. To put this into practice, we designed a transparent career ladder, an open remuneration structure and work in open digital spaces where every team member can contribute.

The job has to fit your life. Not the other way around.

We think that your friends, family and health come first. Always. We therefore build a work structure that is digital first, office and location free and based on self-responsibility. There are no official working times, no fixed location requirements and flexible holiday arrangements. We have no more offices and you can work when and where you want.

What we offer:

  1. A competitive salary
  2. Flexible working arrangements – work anytime
  3. Paid parental and carer leave
  4. Work anywhere with full employment benefits – available in over 160 countries
  5. Additional contributions to your pension, health insurance and other social security where needed
  6. Bonus and equity scheme

Lucy Birchall shares what it is like to be an intern at MzN International.

Ewan Henworth shares what it is like to be an intern at MzN International.

Ewan HenworthAs part of the PLN mentoring scheme at the University of Bristol, I was connected with Chris Meyer zu Natrup, founder and MD of MzN International. I’m a politics and international relations student and I’ve been an intern at MzN international for about a week now. So far, it’s been an incredible experience. Most people I know at university see internships as being essential to launching your career but are really worried about finding one where they’re treated with respect and given the opportunity to gain real practical experience and insight in their sector.

Because of this, I feel like I’ve been really lucky to get an internship here. Only one week in, I’ve been connected with professionals around the world, both internally within the company as well as externally. I’ve been offered opportunities to travel and invitations to events to get insight into the fast-paced reality of working for a company like MzN. I’ve been entrusted with research and organisation on important projects and made to feel like a respected member of the team. Part of this trust is being able to work remotely and choosing your own working hours. MzN has a balanced work culture, recognising that people have commitments outside of the workplace and giving them the ability to create a work-life balance that suits them. Personally that means that I can still focus on my studies (and have a social life) while also gaining a huge variety of professional skills, knowledge, and contacts.

However, the best part of working at MzN as an intern is that it is a genuine organisation that makes real positive changes that go beyond PR and branding. I know many of my peers are horrified at the idea of having to work with companies they see as being (at best) ethically dubious, and view starting work as a zero-sum trade-off between their morality and progressing their careers. At MzN, I don’t have to make that decision: I can go to work knowing that I’m pushing my career forward while also changing the world for the better.
