Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Talent Recruiter with a focus on identifying and attracting exceptional talent, particularly from the Global South. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our diverse team, contributing to our mission of creating positive change worldwide. Please note that this is a part-time position, and we can only onboard a limited number of staff per year due to our intensive and caring onboarding process. The Talent Recruiter should expect that we hire between four and eight senior staff per year (in addition to mid-level and junior staff). We are happy to consider remuneration as an agreed percentage of a competitive salary or based on a success fee per hire. We are not interested in hearing from recruitment agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
– Identify, source, and attract top-tier talent, with a specific focus on regions in the Global South where our work has a significant impact.
– Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
Diversity and Inclusion:
– Champion our commitment to diversity and inclusion by proactively seeking candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
Candidate Evaluation:
– Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with MzN International’s values, culture, and job requirements.
– Conduct in-depth interviews and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
Collaboration:
– Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding:
– Develop and maintain our employer brand, showcasing MzN International as an employer of choice within the consulting and NGO sectors.
Process Improvement:
– Continuously refine and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong track record of hiring talent in the consulting and/or NGO sectors.
– Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies and techniques, particularly in global recruitment.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
