Refund and Returns Policy

  • Registration and Payment:
    • Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Full payment is required to secure a spot in the training course.
    • Payment methods accepted will be outlined in the registration process.
  • Cancellation and Refunds:
    • Participants may cancel their registration with a full refund (less transfer fees) if done within the specified cancellation period and with reasonable request.
    • Cancellations made after the specified period may be subject to a partial or no refund.
    • The training provider: MzN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund of their course fee or the option to attend the rescheduled course. Cancellations and rescheduling will be communicated 30-45 days prior to the training date.
    • The training provider: MzN is not responsible for any costs incurred by the participant with regards to travel and accommodation should a date change occur.
