Your course fee not only covers the exceptional value of the knowledge you’ll gain from our training but also includes a range of additional benefits to enhance your learning experience:

  • Digital and Printed Certificate: Upon successfully completing the course, you will receive a digital and printed certificate.
  • Complimentary Yoga and/or Light Fitness Sessions: As a part of your course experience, you will have the opportunity to participate in complimentary yoga and/or light fitness sessions. These sessions are designed to promote overall well-being and mental clarity, ensuring you’re physically and mentally prepared to absorb the course content.
  • Detailed Agenda and Pre-Study Materials: To ensure you are well-prepared and informed, we provide a detailed course agenda, location details, and pre-study materials several weeks before the course commences. This allows you to familiarize yourself with the training content and come ready to engage in meaningful discussions.
  • Moreover, we take pride in the expertise of our trainers. All our trainers have a minimum of 15 years of experience in proposal writing and business development. They possess a wealth of practical knowledge, which they readily adapt to meet your individual learning needs. Our training sessions are not just informative; they are team-based, interactive, and delivered in English to facilitate a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

There are some aspects not included that you should be aware of:

  • Accommodation: The course fee does not include accommodation. However, we may provide discounted accommodation options in specific locations, which you can explore and arrange separately based on your preferences.
  • Visa-Related Costs: Please note that any costs associated with obtaining a visa, including application fees, are not included in the course fee. It is your responsibility to handle all visa-related matters independently.
  • Travel Expenses: Additionally, expenses related to travel, such as airfare, ground transportation, and meals during travel, are not covered by the course fee. Travel arrangements and costs are the participant’s responsibility.

We want to emphasize that while we can assist with the issuance of Invitation Letters to support your visa application, we do not provide visa support beyond this step. Please ensure you have the necessary visa and travel arrangements in place before the course start date. If you have any questions or require further information about visa-related matters, feel free to reach out to our support team for guidance.

We have created a few options to pay for the course:

  • Credit card via the website.
  • If in Europe, you can also pay through Stripe via the website.
  • If you need an invoice – please email us at and we will provide you with one.

Accommodation is not included in the course fee. However, we may offer discounted accommodation options in select locations. Feel free to inquire about availability and options when booking your course. Additionally, upon completing the booking, we can provide a letter of confirmation for your attendance, which may assist with your travel arrangements.

Once we have received your payment, we will issue the necessary Invitation Letter to assist with your visa application. Please note that visa-related responsibilities, including the application process and any associated costs, are your responsibility.

We encourage sustainable practices whenever possible. If the training is not easily accessible by train from your location, we recommend considering a training course that is closer to you. Explore our comprehensive list of upcoming in-person trainings for the rest of 2023 and 2024. Choosing a nearby training will reduce carbon emissions associated with travel while still providing valuable learning opportunities.

  • 100% Refund (Less Transfer Cost): If a cancellation is made 60 days or more before the course start date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, less any applicable transfer costs.
  • 50% Refund: If a cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
  • No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund if a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the course start date or in the case of a no-show.
  • National Emergency: In the event of a national emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to ensuring your peace of mind. In such cases, we will promptly refund all course fees within 10 days.

If you book more than five seats for a course, you will receive a discount of 50 EUR per person. This discount will be applied when booking multiple seats in a single transaction.

To qualify for a free seat as an MzN Partner, there should be an active contract between your Country office and MzN, in effect for at least four months. In cases where a free spot is reserved and the attendee does not show, cancellations less than four weeks before the course starts, or arrivals more than five hours late after the course starts, the course fee of EUR600 is payable in full within seven days.

We offer a 10% discount for NGO-associated members with Bond, Interaction and Eu-Cord Network.
