Overview:

As a USAID Subject Matter Expert and Training Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training initiatives of MZN International on accessing the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Your responsibilities will primarily involve assisting in the planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation of training programs designed to enhance the capacity and skills of participants seeking to access USAID. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering learning and professional development within the USAID community.

What we are expecting from you 

Training Program Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, workshops, and events focused on various aspects of international development, including project management, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, and technical areas relevant to USAID’s mission.

Training Material Development:

  • Support the development of training materials, presentations, and resources in collaboration, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with USAID’s objectives and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of training materials, manuals, and resources for easy access by participants and trainers.

Participant Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of participant attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data to track training outcomes and measure effectiveness.

Training Delivery Assistance:

  • Provide on-site support during training sessions, including setup and technical support for audiovisual equipment, distribution of materials, and assistance to trainers and facilitators as needed.
