Registration and Payment:

• Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Full payment is required to secure a spot in the training course.
• Payment methods accepted will be outlined in the registration process.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

• • Participants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund (less any applicable transfer fees) if the cancellation request is submitted at least 60 days prior to the training date.
  • Cancellations made within 30–59 days of the training date may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the training date.

2. Visa Denials:

• • No refunds will be issued due to visa denial. However, participants may request a transfer of their registration to another training venue or a later training date, subject to availability.

3. Provider-Initiated Cancellations or Rescheduling:

• • The training provider, MzN, reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, participants will be notified at least 30 days in advance and offered:
    • A full refund of the course fee, or
    • The option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled course or another training date.

4. Costs Associated with Travel and Accommodation:

• • MzN is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants for travel, accommodation, visa applications, or related expenses in the event of course cancellations or date changes. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase refundable or flexible travel arrangements.

5. Substitutions and Transfers:

• • Participants unable to attend may nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to the training date.
  • Transfers to another training venue or date are allowed once per registration and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the originally scheduled training.

6. Force Majeure:

• • • MzN shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics, or other emergencies.

Attendance and Punctuality:

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions promptly.
• If a participant is unable to attend a session, advance notice should be given to the training provider, MzN.

Conduct and Behavior:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Intellectual Property:

• All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the training provider, MzN.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share training materials without explicit permission from MzN.

Confidentiality:

• Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of information shared by fellow participants and the trainer during the course.

Health and Safety:

• Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the training course.
• Any health concerns or emergencies should be reported to MzN immediately.

Changes to Schedule or Venue:

• The training provider, MzN, reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or venue. Participants will be notified in advance.

Liability:

• The training provider, MzN, is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the course.
• Participants are encouraged to secure their personal belongings and take necessary precautions.

Travel and Accommodation:

• The training provider, MzN, is not responsible for any travel, visa, or accommodation bookings.

By registering for the in-person training course, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. The training provider, MzN, reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to registered participants.
