As part of the AWF-Wall Leadership & Management Fellowship, MzN facilitated a four-day in-person training in Nairobi for emerging conservation leaders from across Africa. The programme focused on building adaptive, resilient leadership to tackle critical environmental challenges such as climate vulnerability and habitat loss. MzN continues to support the fellows throughout the year as they drive innovation and change within their organisations and communities.
