We are looking for an Executive/Manager to join our global and fully digital workingteam. You need to understand the right type of content to send to the right people at the right time, both for lead nurturing and boosting the sharing and forwarding of our content-driven emails.

Your main tool will be emails and our CRM tools, but you may also use our social media channels.

This post is fully flexed to suit into your life:
•Fulltime: 140-160hours per month, job sharing possible
•Flex time: Most (around 75%) of the time effort is fully flexible, i.e. the post holder can work where and when it suits
•80% home based: Most of the work time can be based anywhere in the world

The duties of the post holder include, but are not limited to:

Database management and reporting

1.Collect and enter all new contacts into our CRM database Nimble (fully cloud based) on a weekly basis
2.Review and manually score all new contacts
3.Set up and continuously improve the lead data set collection from our website and social media channels
4.Review and understand the weekly new content created by a team of consultants and experts worldwide
5.Prepare monthly reports to be shared with MzN senior managementMarketing, Communication & Engagement1.Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action and content used in your email sends

Marketing, Communication & Engagement

1.Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action and content used in your email sends
2.Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc)
3.Measure results and optimise the nurture track for these segments to convert leads to clients
4.Work to minimise list decay whilst increasing the productivity of our email sends
5.Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests and continuously increase automation.

Essential skills needed are

1. Good online behaviour (present when online, efficient and responsive) 2. 100% reliable and trustworthy: Say what you mean, do what you say! 3. Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
4. Proficient use of automation technology
5. Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
6. Excellent writer and communicator (in both written and verbal form)

This job can be based anywhere in the world. Video-meetings in the CET time zone are required.

In line with tax legislation, team members based in Germany will be hired as employees. Team members based elsewhere will be remunerated in line with local tax legislation.

We are seeking a media and PR Executive on a flexible or full time basis.

This post is fully flexed to suit into your life:

  • Full time: 40-100 hours per month, however job sharing is possible
  • Flex time: Most (around 75%) of the time effort is fully flexible, i.e. the post holder can work where and when it suits
  • 80% home based: Most of the work time can be based anywhere in the world

The duties of the post holder include, but are not limited to:

Media

1. Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories.

2. Assist with event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.

3. Use the created content regularly to grow our communication footprint (press releases, corporate announcements, and creative content like SlideShares).

4. Collaborate with senior staff, including executives, to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns.

5. Establish a sustainable, strategic approach to PR adding value to media outlets and event managers, not just asking for it.

PR

6. Secure speaker slots for senior staff members at key industry events

7. Other PR tasks to be defined by you.

• 80% home based: Most of the work time can be based anywhere in the world. Travel to the USA and Europe required to attend some events

Events planning

1. Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets.
2. Identify and secure speakers, special guests, and/or entertainment for each event.
3. Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
4. Plan event layouts and agendas.
5. Provide excellent support of our attendees and guests
6. Collaborate with marketing teammates to promote events.
7. Analyse the success of each event and propose creative new improvements to the attendees’ experience.
8. Update our CRM tool continuously.
9. Communicate with senior, market-leading executives towards their attendance.
