Mastering Project Budgets

The budget is the most frequent reason why proposals fail to win funds. Many projects are limiting their impact due to budget management issues!

In this course you will learn how to write a winning budget in full compliance with the donor, set up an effective team approach to budgets, manage and monitor budgets as well as report on the financials effectively. This course will assist you in feeling confident in reading and creating better budgets. 

Format: 3 days (three full days) classroom based training. 

After this course, you will know how to

• Write a winning budget in full compliance with the donor in a way that maximises your unrestricted income and is financially sustainable
• Set up an effective team approach to budget creation as a basis for successful budget management
• Manage and monitor a budget, including variances, utilization rates and create a forecast that allows you to manage a project with more foresight
• Report financials effectively and in full compliance to donors, legislation and in a way that is useful to your colleagues
• Feel confident reading and creating better budgets

Certificate
Upon completion, MzN provides a certificate in digital format.
