In this course you will learn how to write, manage and negotiate a winning proposal. You will improve your proposal writing skills through exercises on real proposals, case-studies from the world’s leading donors and learn together in small groups.
Format: 3 day classroom based training course.
After this course, you will know how to
- Find the right funding opportunities
- Make clear Go/No-Go decisions
- Design an effective team-based writing process
- Apply the log frame to bring a convincing structure to your proposal
- Write better text and convincing budgets
- Understand (and beat) the donor’s appraisal process and criteria
- Negotiate confidently with donors
- Write effective budgets
- Listen to live guest speakers from the European Commission, Business Development Experts and NGO leaders (subject to availability).
Trainers
All our trainers have at least 15 years experience and can adapt the course content to your individual needs. Learning is team based, interactive and delivered in English.
Certificate
Upon completion, MzN provides a certificate in digital format.
