We support NGOs with strategic funding advice, business development strategies and proposal writing support. Our Funding and Proposal Support identifies funding opportunities, helps to write more and better proposals and scales funding pipelines.

We deliver a wide range of training courses, delivered both online and in the classroom to help build skills, team spirit and capacity. Most of our training courses are subsidised or offered for free.

Workshops, training and events
We run training courses, workshops, knowledge exchange events and Strategy Sprints to help both NGO and corporate leaders discuss and plan successful transformations.

Our training offers range from large-scale Strategy Development Sprints which tackle issues such as decarbonisation, to personal support in which we help NGOs to streamline processes or diversify their income. Most of our workshops are free or subsidised.
