Terms and Conditions

Fair play: You will always see us playing fair and being upfront in all our details. Respect, honesty and common sense direct our daily work and we expect the same from everyone we are working with.

1. Training courses: Booking procedure

1.1. To book, please submit a booking form either by completing our booking form online or send an email to training@mzninternational.com to request an offline form.

1.2. Submitting a booking form also means that you agree to these terms & conditions.

1.3. Please note that we cannot guarantee you a place on the course until we have received your booking form and payment.

1.4 Please note that Early Booking payment is only valid until 30 days before the course start date. The Standard Booking rate is applicable during the last 3 weeks before the training date.

2. Training courses: Payment

2.1. Invoices are issued in British Pound Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Swiss Franc (CHF) or EURO (EUR), as advertised in the course description.

2.2. We will send you an invoice shortly after receiving the booking form. We urge you to make payment as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee you a place on the course until we have received your payment.

2.3. Payment details are given on the invoice.

2.4. Note that the complete course fee in GBP, USD, CHF or EUR needs to arrive in our bank account. You are responsible for all transaction and bank charges.

3. Training courses: Admission

3.1. MzN reserved the right to deny participation to participants, in case of (but not exclusively):

  • Inappropriate, indecent, or offensive behaviour
  • Not meeting the language requirements
  • Physical conditions that limit proper participation

3.2. In case of denied admission, the course fee and/ or other expenses made by the participant will not be refunded.

4. Training courses: Cancellation of booking

4.1. We often have long waiting list for our trainings and would be grateful if you could let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend so that we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

4.2. If you cancel your booking but can find a replacement, there will be no cancellation charge.

4.3. If you are unable to find a replacement, a cancellation charge will apply as follows:

4.3.1. For cancellation received more than 28 days before course start, we will refund or waive 80% of the course fee.

4.3.2. For cancellations received less than 30 days before course start date or “no-shows”, the training fee will not be refunded or waived.

4.3.3. Note that you can delegate your seat to someone else.

5. Training courses: Cancellation of training event

5.1. We reserve the right to cancel and change training events.

5.2. Cancellation of courses is extremely rare, but if we need to cancel a training we will inform all booked participants as soon as possible.

5.3. We will offer a new convenient date for the training. If this date does not suit you, we will reimburse your course fee.

5.4. We will reimburse all course fees paid in full, but we cannot compensate any other costs (bank charges, travel, accommodation, etc.)

6. Training courses: Transfer of booking

6.1. We acknowledge that your circumstances may change and we will always consider a transfer of your booking to another course where possible.

6.2. We cannot, however, guarantee that your preferred course will be available.

7. Training courses: Travel, Visa and other arrangements

7.1. We will often (not always) negotiate favourable deals with hotels and guesthouses for our participants.

7.2. However, participants are solely and fully responsible for their own travel, visa and other arrangements.

7.3. If you need a visa to attend the course, we can provide an invitation letter confirming that the named individual has booked and paid for a course. We do not charge for this service.

7.4. We do not act as sponsors and accept no responsibility for the individual’s stay in country. We issue invitation letters only after receiving payment for the course in full.

7.5. We do not accept responsibility for any failed visa application. If you need to cancel the course due to an unsuccessful visa application, the above stated cancellation rules apply.

8. Other Terms & Conditions

9. Publicity

We may use photo, video and audio recordings at our training events and we retain full copyright to these. We specifically reserve the right to use such material on our website, social media material and all other publications.
