Donor Proposals

We help NGOs access development funds by managing the complete bid and consortium building process. We work on a no-profit basis, managing funding and providing management services for new development and aid initiatives that help people all over the world. We are in constant contact with major donors, particularly the EC and DFI and therefore understand their project portfolio and identify NGOs and other organisations who are most suited to complete projects.

Working closely with NGOs and other development experts, we develop aid and development concepts, convert them into competitive and professional funding applications and ensure that the development or aid project is professionally managed and carried out.   Following implementation of the project we monitor for results and feed back lessons learned. Our non-profit motive helps us to prioritise the development target of each project and not be distracted by a profit margin that must be achieved.

This means we hire the best experts, identify the most suitable organisations to partner with and dedicate the most suitable resources to the project internally - rather than having quality impaired by profit motive.
