A Social Business
MzN | International is a social business. Our primary aim is to realise our mission: ‘helping those focused on helping others to get better at doing good’. We are not profit orientated and therefore able to focus our work on quality and not on profit generation.
A social business is a new kind of organisation. We are outside the profit-seeking world, focussing exclusively on our mission using business methods. The objective of MzN | Consultng Ltd is to make aid and development focussed organisations better at doing good, using our core skills offering technical assistance where needed. To do so, we abide by the following principles:

- In everything we do; we minimise any adverse impact on the environment.
- We recruit experts who are entrepreneurs, not staff; responsible for themselves and fully accountable to our clients.

We believe, that these principles result in a business where there is no conflict between social and economic objectives. A social business does not replace traditional for-profit enterprises, it simply widens the the options to clients and is a new option to professionals who have developed a substantial social awareness to use their skills for doing good.
