Business Development and Proposal Writing training in Gaziantep

Comments Off on Business Development and Proposal Writing training in Gaziantep 140

We have just completed another successful Business Development and Proposal Writing training in Gaziantep, Turkey this month!

‘’This course was built on real experience. In the proposal writing session, MzN did not focus on ”general” and ”standard” theory, but on practical examples!’’

  • Serdar Yardak, Senior Program Officer, Malteser International

Participants from various organizations such as Spirit NGO, Malteser International, Concern Worldwide, QRCS, and Welthungerhilfe attended.

This course teaches the essentials for:

  • Donor mapping
  • Acquiring sources of funding
  • Writing winning proposals
  • Developing consortia

In these workshops we not only covered the essentials of proposal writing, but also focused on an approach to business development that makes aid organisations financially sustainable. As competition increases and funding opportunities are further squeezed, our aim is to give NGOs the ability to survive and thrive in a rapidly changing sector.

We asked participants to resume their training experience in just 1 word:

‘’MzN managed to adapt the training to our areas of interest.’’

    – Rana Alhelsi, QRCS

MzN International looks at feedback a little differently. We publish all of it (yes, the good and the bad) and it helps us to continuously refine and improve our courses. In Gaziantep, 91,7% of the participants thought the training met their expectations and that the trainer was very knowledgeable about the course content!  All participants would recommend this training to a friend!
